Task Order
Tasks are executed in order, beginning with the top task. You may change the order of the task by selecting a task, and then moving it within the list by clicking the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons as shown on the left.
Depending on the tasks you create, the order may be irrelevant, or critical.
Ex. You have a whitelist of email addresses which you are comparing against all the email within your mailbox. Any email matching your whitelist is forwarded on to your private email address. This is your first task. Your last task has no rules, which makes it ALWAYS execute. This task is set to delete all remaining messages. This creates a VERY STRICT spam filter whitelist on the mailbox in question. Nothing you don't want gets in.
If the last task (the blank rule task set to delete the email) came first, your personal email account would never receive email, as any message would be deleted before it could be compared to the whitelist.
