If you need help recovering your registration information, first check the Mach5 Software Pickup Center using the email address of your original order. If that doesn't work for you, please send a note that includes as many purchase details as you can remember to:

If you need additional support

We have now launched our moderated Community based support forum. We'll be checking there at least once per weekday. The forum is moderated, so after you post your message, we will review it, post it (as long as it's not too strange?), and reply to it as soon as we can.
