Exchange Server Will Not Send Mach5 Mailer E-mail to External Addresses Exchange Server 5.0 And Later Exchange Server 4.0 And Earlier Problems Sending E-mail If you are having problems sending e-mail, it is most likely because of your ISP, not because of Mach5 Mailer. To prevent spam, most ISPs do not allow you to use their SMTP server if:
The moral of the story is to use an From: address @yourisp.com or @yourdomain.com. If you are still having problems and are connected to the Internet through an ISP other than the one used for the SMTP server, you should connect to the ISP you are using for your SMTP server. There are two reasons you would get this error. First, check the address. Second, it may be that the server that they are using is rejecting the email because it doesn't allow relaying for that IP address that the mail is coming from. Check with your ISP for verification that you can use it to relay email.
You need to install ODBC as part of the MDAC package from Microsoft. MDAC stands for "Microsoft Data Access" and is the package that Windows provides to let applications connect to databases of different types.
